In case of emergency, call 911

It's Your Time!

Berea Volunteer Fire & Rescue is an all-volunteer department serving the Berea area. We work and train hand-in-hand with the Berea Fire Department operated by the City of Berea.

We respond to approximately 150 calls for service every year. These calls include:

Structure Fires

We also respond to mutual aid calls from other nearby departments for larger fires. But responding to calls is not the only way to volunteer with Berea Volunteer Fire & Rescue. We conduct several fundraisers and community outreach events every year that always need additional people. Want to be involved in a committee? We have several. Vehicle Maintenance Committee, Recruiting and Retention Committee, Fundraising Committee, and the Social Media Team.
